Why Alkatide exists

Apple cider vinegar has a genuine research history, and almost nobody sticks with drinking it. The taste is unpleasant, it burns, and the acidity is rough on tooth enamel. Most people last about a week. Alkatide started from that observation: the supplement that works is the one you actually take.

So the product is a gummy, and the formula is deliberately short. Apple cider vinegar for the post-meal glucose response, pectin for fullness, citric acid for energy conversion. Three ingredients, each doing a defined job.

Why not twenty ingredients

A long ingredient list looks impressive on a label and usually means each one is present in a trace amount. Splitting a fixed gummy across twenty names guarantees most of them do nothing measurable. We would rather do three properly and let you check the label against what we told you.

How we talk about the product

• We name every ingredient. No proprietary blend.
• We do not claim Alkatide causes weight loss, because no supplement does that on its own.
• We do not claim it treats any disease, because it does not.
• We say plainly that results take weeks and that many people notice no change at all.
• We tell people with diabetes, reflux or on diuretics to speak to a doctor first, because apple cider vinegar is not inert.

Why the guarantee is 60 days

A shorter window would be easier for us and useless for you. Sixty days from purchase is long enough to run a real trial, allowing for shipping and for the weeks the formula actually needs. Alkatide is produced in a GMP-certified facility using naturally derived ingredients. Dietary supplements are not FDA approved — in the United States they are regulated as food and responsibility for testing sits with the manufacturer.
