Three ingredients, all named on the label. No proprietary blend, nothing hidden.

Apple Cider Vinegar

The engine of the formula. ACV contains acetic acid, the compound behind most of its research, and it is studied for its role in post-meal glucose response and in helping the body use stored fat as fuel. In gummy form you get it without the taste or the enamel wear of drinking vinegar neat.

Pectin

A soluble fibre found naturally in apples and citrus peel. Pectin absorbs water and slows gastric emptying, which is the mechanism behind feeling full for longer and finding it easier to skip the snack between meals. It also supports regular, comfortable digestion.

Citric Acid

A compound central to the citric acid cycle — the process your cells use to turn nutrients into usable energy. In the formula it supports metabolic function and internal pH balance, and it gives the gummy its clean, slightly tart finish.

Why three and not thirty

A long ingredient list looks impressive and usually means each ingredient is present in a trace amount. Splitting a fixed gummy across twenty names guarantees most of them do nothing. Three ingredients, each doing a defined job, is the more honest way to build this kind of product.

It also means you can check the label against what you were told. With a proprietary blend you cannot.

What the research does and does not say

Apple cider vinegar has a genuine, if modest, research base around post-meal glucose response. Pectin has a solid evidence base as a soluble fibre for satiety. Citric acid's role in cellular energy metabolism is textbook biochemistry.

What none of that establishes is that this gummy causes weight loss. Studies use varying doses and delivery methods, and no trial has been run on the finished Alkatide formula. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Manufacturing

Alkatide is produced in a GMP-certified facility. Note that dietary supplements are not FDA approved: in the United States they are regulated as food, and responsibility for testing sits with the manufacturer.
