When you order or email us. Your name, email address, shipping address and order details, which are needed to fulfil and support your order.
What we never do. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Payment information
Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site and checkout working, and analytics cookies to understand in aggregate which pages people read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to order.
Third parties
This site loads a web font from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers. Order processing, payment and shipping are handled by service providers who receive only the data needed to perform their function.
Your rights
Under GDPR (EU and UK) and CCPA (California) you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, a copy, or that we stop processing it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, and for as long as they may be needed to handle a guarantee claim. Support emails are kept long enough to resolve your question. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled by our payment provider rather than passing through or resting on our servers. We never store card numbers.
Marketing email
If you order or opt in, we may send occasional emails about your order or about the product. Every one carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and unsubscribing never affects your order, your guarantee or your ability to contact support.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Alkatide is not suitable for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
